Sunday worship begins at 10:30 AM. To allow enough time to travel to church and get settled, all pickups must take place by 10:00 AM.

A church administrator may adjust the worship start time and latest pickup time for special Sundays. The app will always show the times in effect for the Sunday you are booking.

We collect your full name, cell phone number, and email address. Riders also provide a pickup address or campus pickup location, pickup instructions, an availability window, and any accessibility information they choose to share. Drivers provide a general starting area or ZIP code, available seats, and vehicle details.

A rider's phone number and exact pickup address are visible only to a church administrator and the driver assigned to that rider. Drivers browsing open requests see only a general pickup area, the requested pickup window, the number of riders, and whether a return ride is needed.

Once a driver accepts a ride, the rider and driver can see each other's name and phone number so they can call or text about the pickup. If the ride is cancelled or reassigned, that access ends.

These rules are enforced in the database itself, not only in the app screens, so an unauthorized account cannot read another person's private ride details.

Contact and ride information is used only to coordinate Sunday transportation, send ride notifications and reminders, and keep mileage records for volunteer drivers. We do not sell or share it with anyone outside this ministry.

Every volunteer driver is reviewed and approved by a church administrator before they can accept rides. Drivers agree to a valid license and insurance, to carry no more riders than they have seat belts for, and to complete pickups by the posted deadline.

If you need to cancel, cancel in the app as early as you can and include a reason. The rider and an administrator are notified immediately and the rider returns to the unmatched list for urgent reassignment.

Be ready at the start of your pickup window, at the exact spot described in your pickup instructions. If your plans change, cancel in the app so the seat can go to another student.
